Yes, it highlights who we are, what we need to do as individuals to acquire our licenses and keep them up to date to prevent from expiring.
It also defines what we as Licensed Technicians can do while practicing under a Licensed Veterinarian and also what we are not allowed to do.

it benefits the practice of veterinary medicine within ND as far as public health and safety, especially in areas such as zoonotic diseases, infectious diseases, biosecurity and terrorism and food safety for the general public
Gives our state a better defenition for standardized care
